Youth- A Young & Vibrant Community

We are excited to get the Youth Wing up and running again at Shaare Zion Beth-El!

We also participate in the Shinshinim Program. The Shinshinim are young Israelis who live with host families and volunteer for a full year in local Jewish day schools, camps, synagogues, and community organizations.  At Shaare Zion Beth-El, we are fortunate to be hosting our very own Shinshin , Nir Alfasi, in 2021-2022!

More dates to come for our B'nai Mitzvah Club!

Stay Tuned!

Groundwaves-May 17th @8:00 pm

led by Rabbi Adina Lewittes and musician Dan Nadel

Special Guests: Jamie Elman & Eli Batalion

Jamie Elman & Eli Batalion are entertainers hailing from Montreal with combined credits spanning 20 years of theater, music, television and film-from starring in Mad Men, House MD and Curb Your Enthusiasm to writing, directing and producing films appearing at the Sundance Toronto, Berlin and SZSW film festivals.

Their unique friendship spawned an irreverent tribute to the Yiddish language, culture and comedic tradition they were reared on. Calling it "YidLife Crisis," they hatched the wrold's first Yiddish sitcom, toasting, roasting and wrestling with the modern Jewish experience.
